Alabama’s workforce needs do not stop at one industry, and neither do we. ACCS IC partners with state organizations to deliver fast, flexible training that meets their members and stakeholders where they are. With partnerships like the Alabama League of Municipalities, we develop and deliver workforce training tailored to the unique needs of municipal employees across the state. Whether your organization is navigating new regulations, building leadership capacity, or upskilling a team, we can build a training pathway around your goals.
State Partnerships
The agencies and organizations serving Alabama deserve training that matches the weight of their work. Whether they serve elected officials, appointed leaders, or the public directly, ACCS Innovation Center partners with state organizations to develop custom online courses that meet their real training needs.
Our Partners in Action
The Alabama League of Municipalities represents mayors and council members serving communities across the state. When the Alabama Municipal Official Training Act took effect in January 2025, it required all mayors and councilmembers to complete annual training in areas like ethics, budgeting, public records, and municipal law. ACCS Innovation Center was honored to step in as a course development partner, helping ALM deliver that training online and at scale.
That is what this kind of partnership looks like in practice: a state organization with a mandate and a mission, and ACCS Innovation Center ready to build the tools to carry it out.
